Hors d’oeuvres
Maine Coast Catering prepares all of our hors d’oeuvre selections from
scratch using fresh, and whenever possible, local ingredients. We also
produce many of our own seasonal herbs and garnishes in our kitchen
garden. The following selections are just guidelines or thought provoking
ideas, most of our menus are created for the client on an individual
basis in keeping with our philosophy as a caterer for all “tastes.” Our
Chefs love a challenge and new menu ideas are welcomed and embraced
with our love of food.
